Please adopt Barry.

Gorgeous Barry sadly came into the sanctuary due to a change in circumstances.  He’s a very playful, intelligent and high energy boy (typical Bengal traits). Barry is a complex and sensitive lad who will need a patient and loving home with someone who has Bengal experience.

Barry is a very vocal lad, and likes to tell you how he’s feeling when he is need of food or attention.  He loves to have a good conversation with you, and doesn’t let the language barrier get in his way.  In terms of affection, Barry does like a fuss once he has got to know you.  However, this is on his terms, and he will let you know when he’s had enough.  He’s not really a lap cat, and doesn’t much like to be held.  That said, he does like having company and having someone near when he’s enjoying some down time.

This handsome chap loves to climb up high, so would really appreciate a home with plenty of cat enrichment furniture with some high points for him to watch over his new domain.  He enjoys treat toys to keep him busy, and likes to play chase with a string toy.

Barry does struggle a bit meeting new people, but with patience and understanding he will be an ideal companion for someone looking for a cat that likes a bit of independence.  If you can offer Barry a calm home with the right balance of interaction, then please ask do get in touch with us.  He will definitely need a quiet rural home where there is lots of countryside to roam, and he also needs a place with a low density cat population.
