Please adopt Summer.

Summer is a very pretty girl who is looking for a very special home.  She can be quite an anxious cat, and seems to be very noise sensitive, which can end up with Summer lashing out at the people close by.

Summer has come from a busy family household where she just wasn’t coping.  She can have some really sweet moments where she will enjoy little bits of gentle fuss in short bursts.   Prolonged fussing can exacerbate her anxiety, and/or cause frustration which Summer can redirect on to the person giving her fuss.

With this in mind, Summer is looking for a new home that is calm and quiet, with no children or pets.  A place with  an experienced owner who understands cats like her, and can read body language enough to detect any subtle changes.  She would benefit from a home where she has the option of a room that can be her own calm, safe space for when she is feeling a bit overwhelmed and needs some time out.  For those times when she just wants to hide away somewhere cosy.

We know it’s a lot to ask.  But we also know that Summer deserves to be somewhere in which she can finally start to relax.  A home where she can be the happy cat she deserves to be.  If you’re an animal Angel who wants to help Summer find her happy, then please do contact our rehoming team for more information.  Thank you so much.
