Please adopt Jack (Patterdale).

Jack is a happy little dog who just wants to be by your side all the time.  A typical Patterdale with lots of energy, very bright and a wonderful companion.  Although now an older lad, he is still an active boy who loves his walks.

He is well behaved in the home and settles well.  Jack walks nicely on the lead, with good recall off lead unless he is distracted by a scent. He is easy to take out and about, will sit quietly in a café and copes well in busier crowded places.

Jack isn’t keen on strangers bending over him, but is fine with having a fuss made of him once he gets to know and trust you.
He is good around female dogs and could live with one of the right match.  He has had a couple of run ins with larger male dogs in the past, but that was prior to him being neutered, and since then he hasn’t initiated any encounters.

For Jack we are looking for a home, ideally with experience of the terrier breeds, with someone/people who will be able to give him a nice routine in a calm environment.
