How long have you been at Holly Hedge?
I’ve been at Holly Hedge for 4 years now.

What made you choose to join Holly Hedge?
Holly Hedge is my dream job. I kept sending my CV in every few months from the age of 16, and when I reached 18 I got the call that I was longing for – to come in for an interview! I was ecstatic to be accepted, and now work full time on my own block of dogs. Before I came to Holly Hedge I did dog walking and grooming to gain experience.

What is your role here?
I am an animal care assistant working with the doggies that may take a little more time to be rehomed!

What is your favourite thing to do here?
My favourite thing about Holly Hedge is to see a dog come in who is timid and not had a good start, and to be able to turn it all around for them with behaviour work and just generally being kind to them. It is amazing!!

What are you doing to keep away quarantine boredom?
I have four dogs at home including two beagles so I’m pretty well occupied even when I am at home during the lockdown.
