Please adopt Rex (Collie).

Meet the handsome Rex!  Rex came in to us due to a change of circumstances.  He has adapted well to life here at the sanctuary and has been loving going out on his walks in our enclosed fields and woods!  Rex can be slightly wary the first time he meets someone, especially men, but this has been managed through careful introductions and will need to be continued to be worked on in his forever home.

This adorable lad loves company and never goes too far from you, but is also happy doing his own thing.  He does need a quiet home, and to be the only pet in the home. He’s okay being left, but can be unsettled at times, so would suit a home where someone is around a lot of the time.  We have been socialising Rex with other dogs here and have found him to be vocal when meeting other dogs, so Rex may need a little help with slow introductions and learning to find his manners.
